Step 1: Choose a Small Design
Keychains work best at 15×15 beads or smaller. Bigger designs get heavy and don't hang well.
Good beginner keychain designs:
- A single emoji — heart, star, lightning bolt

- Your initial in pixel letters
- A small animal — cat face, bear, frog
Keep it simple. Small designs fuse cleanly and look sharp when finished.
Step 2: Place Your Beads
Set up your pegboard on a flat surface. Place beads one row at a time, pressing each one firmly down.
Important: Leave one bead hole empty at the top of your design — this is where you'll punch the hole for the keychain clip.

Step 3: Iron Your Design
- Place ironing paper over your design
- Iron on medium heat, no steam, slow circular motion for 10–15 seconds
- Let cool 1–2 minutes, then peel the paper
- Flip and iron the other side for a stronger bond

Step 4: Punch the Hole
Once fully cooled, use the 3mm hole punch from the 7 in 1 Pro Kit to punch a clean hole at the top of your design. Punch slowly and firmly — the fused beads are solid but the hole punch goes through cleanly with steady pressure.
Step 5: Attach Your Clip
